The job holder will be responsible for the implementation of the Judiciary protocol processes, procedures, standards and guidelines. |

Reporting Responsibilities |

The job holder is responsible to the Registrar Kenya Judiciary Academy. |

Area of Deployment: |

Kenya Judiciary Academy Secretariat (KJA) |
-
For appointment to this grade, the applicant must have: - |
-
i.Bachelor’s degree in any of the following social sciences disciplines: Public Relations, Communication, Diplomacy, or International Relations, any other equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; |
-
ii.A Professional Diploma qualification in any of the Following: Mass Communication, Communication Studies, Journalism, Public Relations, Corporate Communication or any other relevant qualifications from a recognized university-institution; |
-
iii.A Senior Management Course from a recognized institution; |
-
iv.Proficiency in computer application. |
-
v.Membership to a relevant professional body with good standing |
-
Experience: |
-
Minimum of Six (6) Years relevant work experience with at least three (3) years at Supervisory or Management Level |

Duties and Responsibilities |
-i.Implementing Judiciary protocol processes, procedures, standards and guidelines |
-
ii.Planning and organizing of incoming and outgoing visits; |
-
iii.Maintaining contacts of local and foreign stakeholders; |
-
iv.Coordinating protocols of all VIP ceremonies, meetings and special events; |
-
v.Organizing and coordinating of official events; |
-
vi.Coordinating processing of passports and other travel documents; |
-
vii.Receiving, accompanying and seeing off official delegations and guests; |
-
viii.Maintaining linkages with other institutions and stakeholders; |
-
ix.Engaging with government officials and other stakeholders on events planning; and |
-
x.Preparing periodic departmental reports |

•A recognized Credit Reference Bureau; and |

•Clearance from relevant professional body. |
